Warranty : All COSY products are provided with One year free service warranty against any manufacturing defect for customers within India only. (Defective items should be sent with return postage prepaid) along with copy of purchase to our Dehradun Works or New Delhi service centre. We assure a quick and satisfactory after sale service to our all customers.

( No warranty is offered to international customers due to involvement of customs and high shipping costs. However please be assured of a quality product from us. Most of our customers are International buyers only and we ensure extra care in shipping for them )

IMPORTANT : International shipments may sometimes subject to Customs Duty / Import Tax as applicable in different countries and same to be paid by buyers extra in their country . Pl. check with your local customs office for any clarification in this regard

Delivery : In case an order is placed on us we usually dispatch goods within one week by suitable courier service or registered post parcel after receipt of 100% payment by cash/bank draft along with written order. There might be change in delivery time due to any circumstances beyond our control and we shall not be responsible for any consequences. Customers can also suggest their preferred courier or transport service.

All international parcels are shipped through express parcels by EMS Speed post . EMS normally deliver to most international destinations within 7 to 10 days after shipping . ( Door Delivered by USPS in USA , Canada Post in Canada and Parcel force in UK ). Also shipped to Europe, Australia and most countries of Asia wherever EMS services are available from India. Other Countries not served by EMS method of shipping will be couriers and will be charged accordingly.
