Ordering, shipping & warranty
What to expect after you order.
Payments
International buyers pay via PayPal invoice (please request one — do not send payments directly) or TT bank transfer. See our payments page for account details.
Delivery
A single-set order ships within one week of payment, via DHL, typically arriving in 7–12 days. Customs duty, where applicable, is payable by the buyer locally.
Warranty
One year free service warranty against manufacturing defects for customers within India (return postage prepaid). International orders are built with extra care in shipping in place of a formal warranty, due to customs and shipping costs.
