Digital LED production counters display and monitor the quantity of units produced by a machine or production line. Built around a high-accuracy microcontroller in a sturdy, powder-coated aluminium frame, for indoor or outdoor use.

The range
4 and 6-digit counters, 0.5" to 10" digits.
Customised products — including multi-row factory displays showing production, target and balance quantity together — are available at reasonable prices, and can be built to communicate directly with PC applications.

Microcontroller accuracy
High-accuracy, microcontroller-based counting circuit rated for up to 15 pulses/second.
Sturdy build
Aluminium frame with black powder coating, designed for continuous factory-floor operation.
Installation
Wall-mount, wire up, and it's counting.

Connect the included 12V DC power adapter (works with 100–240V AC input) to power the display.

Connect potential-free input and reset pulse contactors at their respective terminals — no electrical pulses should be applied directly to these terminals.

Send a reset pulse to zero the display, and it's ready to accept increment pulses at up to 15 per second.

If power fails, the last count stays in memory — the display resumes from where it left off once power is restored.
